1245 Broadway has won first place in the 2026 BOMA Pinnacle Awards for best operating office building in New York. Congratulations to Corem, GDSNY and CBRE for exceptional service to our tenants.

The BOMA Pinnacle Awards are highly prestigious annual honors presented by local chapters of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA)—most famously by BOMA New York—to recognize excellence in commercial real estate.

Presented each September, the awards honor the premier commercial buildings and the industry professionals who manage, operate, and secure them. The competition involves a fierce and rigorous nomination and evaluation process that grades entrants on operational efficiency, tenant experience, and innovative sustainability practices.
