New York, NY – On the heels of signing a new five-year lease with Peachy just over a week ago, Corem of Sweden and GDS Development Management (GDSNY) announced today that they have signed another five-year lease at 1245 Broadway with a finance and technology company, for just over 6,500 square feet of office space on the 16th floor of the tower.
1245 Broadway is a 23-story class-A office building at the corner of 31st Street and Broadway, in NoMAD, one of New York City’s most dynamic neighborhoods. Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, the building features architectural cast-in-place concrete, large triple-glazed windows, a private club, F&B catering to tenant floors, and panoramic views of the city. The building will be LEED-Gold certified and offers the very latest in touchless technology and air quality.
“We are very pleased to welcome another technology and strategic finance firm to 1245 Broadway. The tenant mix continues to mature, diversify and solidify 1245 Broadway as the film, media and technology headquarters in Manhattan”, says Eva Landén, CEO of Corem
“We are so pleased with the pace at which we’re signing leases at 1245 Broadway,” says Michael Kirchmann, CEO of GDSNY. “The velocity suggests that the market values what a well-designed and well-crafted office environment brings to their work.”
