GDSNY delivered a full-service design and development strategy for the repositioning of the new build 7-story condo project at Chamber Street and West Broadway in Manhattan, including design, management, financial modeling and branding strategies.
The design blends the requirements of the Landmark District with a contemporary blend of 5-star amenities and modern art. The project will will target a four star hotel level of service featuring the highest quality of guest amenities including all-suite accommodations, in-room state-of-the-art high technology, a dynamic new restaurant and bar, a wellness center and a rooftop pool with spa.
