GDSNY has completed the design for Idinaidi.ru, Russia’s fastest growing real estate website.
GDSNY provided full design services as well PR, media, and brand communications. Idinaidi.ru is the fastest growing real estate portal in Russia. It is the most followed real estate site on Russian social networks. It was the first real estate site to be launched as a national mass market resource to connect Agents, Banks and Developers with Clients, and has a diversified revenue model including subscriptions, developer listings, owner listings, paid leads to the banks, mortgage commissions and advertising.
Idinaidi was launched 1st February from Beta after almost two years of research, of sites and business models from around the world, and physical research in the 38 cities with populations above 500,000 people. The research included local property prices, as well as the most active Agents and Developers, and local listing resources, which provides unique local marketing targeting.
