Billy Neikam has 12 years experience in New York managing over 8 million square feet of commercial real estate. He previously worked at Related, Simone and RXR Realty before joining the team at GDSNY.

Billy graduated from Pennsylvania State University with BS in Finance, and has won numerous awards in the real estate industry.
