One Saint Mark's Place

One St. Marks is a nine-story, 61,513-square-foot commercial development located at the corner of St. Marks Place and Third Avenue in the East Village. Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects, the building features a contextual dark brick facade with a distinctive rounded southwest corner and curved glass panels. The project offers approximately 53,700 square feet of boutique Class A office space characterized by soaring 15- to 16-foot ceiling heights and floor-to-ceiling windows. To support a balanced “hospitality-driven” work environment, the design includes three wraparound private terraces with lush greenery and residential-style kitchens. Following its completion in 2025, the building’s 8,000-square-foot ground-floor retail space was anchored by a Sephora lease signed in September 2025. Positioned near the Astor Place and 8th Street-NYU subway stations, the development serves as a modern gateway to one of Manhattan’s most culturally vibrant neighborhoods
